Week 2 Challenge (Read Something)

Books can take you places you’ve never imagined. They improve the quality of your life, and take you to new heights personally and professionally… not to mention help keep your brain healthy and even help you to reduce stress!


They can be a great escape while at the same time help you slow down and become more present.


Reading has been a big part of my life, and I wanted to share a few of my favorite books that have had the biggest impact on me in my life!

Your challenge this week is to choose a book (from this list or not) that will help you improve one area in your life. It could be anything from personal growth, business, family, cooking, underwater basket weaving…literally anything that interests you!


There are so many great books out there to help you get to where you want to be.


When you’re reading- make sure you’re truly focused on the book and don’t have your cell phone right next to you! The goal is to be present while you read so you can get the most out of your book.
