PRIVATE COACHING AND SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Small Group Training provides a close knit environment with a setting of (2-­4 people) where you can take your training to the next level. You will benefit from World Class Coaching, targeted programming to meet your personal needs, and ongoing accountability from your coach and Small Group Members.

We will set goals that are specific, measurable, attainable, and time based to keep you on track. You will be provided a workbook to keep track of your progress that is essential to you and to get you on the right track to a better lifestyle.

In Small Group Training we will accomplish more to help you reach your goal while encouraging and pushing you outside your comfort zone to finally be able to “define yourself” and get to where you knew you could be.
