Mikhael Ricks / PERSONAL TRAINER

Mikhael has been a Sports Performance Coach since 2006 where he learned under Brent Callaway who works at Athletes Performance in Los Angeles, CA as a Speed and Strength Coach to pro athletes, Adidas Global Performance Coach, and International presenter. MR became the Sports Performance Director at Velocity in San Diego, CA where he implemented workouts to hundreds of athletes, high school teams and bootcamp goers. Mikhael is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a certified personal trainer (CPT), Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES). In addition he is certified as a TRX trainer and Kettlebell Concepts.

PERSONAL TRAINING

We will set goals that are specific, measurable, attainable, and time based to keep you on track. Mikhael will encourage and push you outside your comfort zone to finally be able to “define yourself” and get to where you knew you could be. Training with Mikhael presents you with an opportunity to learn from a true professional personal trainer with years of experience at the top level of professional sport and expertise gaind by working with some of the top personal trainers and facilities in the country.

NUTRITION GUIDANCE

If you’re looking for nutrition guidance, Mikhael’s personal nutrition coaching sessions involve identifying nutritional issues related to your personal fitness goals and helping you reach those goals through proper nutrition. Mikhael will guide you through developing meal plans, detoxing your body and jump starting your fat burning, tailored specifically to your body and needs. Mikhael can also assist you in selecting a meal prep service that is right for your fitness needs. Nutrition Guidance is available separately of personal training.
