GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

MRSP Fitness was created for people that want to push themselves to their limits. Fitness programs designed for people who aren’t satisfied with simply going to the gym and spinning on a bike or jogging on a treadmill for an hour. These programs are for people who want to be taken out of their comfort zone. Mikhael has created proven fitness programs that will provide the results you’re looking for whether it’s to build muscle and lose fat or to build physical and mental toughness.

MORNING MASH 60

High Intensity Interval Training that combines cardio, core and muscle endurance exercises to boost your metabolism for the day. The structure of all classes at MRSP Fitness include Push, Pull, Quad Dominant, Hip Dominant, Rotation, Power Development and Core.

 

The format of Morning Mash 60 is based on a 1 minute scale where we change the work to rest ratio rate to push you to perform at your best ability. Also each station will have a base exercise where you can progress or regress depending on your fitness level.

CHAOS 60

In this program we focus on strength training involving super sets that when paired together will give you a different result all together. CHAOS 60 is designed to challenge yourself and test your fitness level.

TRX ATHLETIC TRAINING

TRX is the main piece of equipment that this class is based on. In this session we focus on body weight training with the TRX and use Kettlebells, Bands, Battle Ropes, and Agility Equipment.

CARDIO BLAST

25 minutes of getting after it cardio using Battle Ropes, Airdyne Bike, Versaclimber, Treadmill, Jump Ropes, Kettle Bells, Speed Ropes, Jam Balls and a lot more. If you need to get to burning some fat and get ripped, this is the class for you!
